Middle School
Curriculum Overview
There are many parts to an effective curriculum. At Bradshaw Christian, we believe that everything that happens in the student’s life at school is part of an effective curriculum. The Lord is unfolding His course of direction in each of the student’s lives. Whether in academics, athletics, band or lunch time activities, each portion plays an important part in the development of Christ’s character in our students.
In middle school, emphasis is placed on preparing students for the rigor of high school. The middle school years are an opportunity to continue development in personal responsibility and critical thinking. We offer advanced courses in both English and mathematics. Teachers incorporate organizational skills such as note taking strategies and calendar management into their curriculum. Administration incorporates the teacher evaluations, classroom observations, teacher training and SAT result evaluation to ensure that we are offering quality instruction each year.
Our core academic courses include: Bible, Mathematics, English, History, Science and Physical Education.
