Jog-A-Thon: Friday, April 23, 2021
The annual Jog-a-Thon is a highlight for many during the year. It is a time when all students, teachers, and staff from Preschool through High School gather to celebrate and support the school and those families who attend. The world-wide COVID-19 pandemic hit our community last March just as we were to kick-off the 21st annual BCS Jog-a-Thon. Canceling in-person instruction on campus lead to also canceling many beloved events such as our jog. After instituting many health and safety protocols and creating a learning environment that is keeping our staff and students healthy through this pandemic year, we are grateful to be one of very few local educational institutions that is open for in-person instruction five days a week. This year we are also reviving the Jog-a-thon fundraiser, though in a very different format.
- online request forms VS. paper
- email, text, or social media donation requests VS. physically addressing each form
- using last year’s 2020 jog t-shirt for an iconic memento in our collective history
We are grateful for your support as we strive to reach $300,000 during this year’s event. Take part in this collective effort knowing your support makes a difference!
For those with questions about the event, or for those seeking PALS hours, please submit your inquiries to Jog-A-Thon director, Steffany Stahl.
