TUITION/PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. K –12th grade Tuition is billed on a monthly basis beginning August 1st, and must be completed by May 1st. Those enrolling after August 1st may have a slightly higher monthly payment so that tuition payments are completed by May 1st. Preschool is a monthly program.
2. After school begins, new students enrolling on the 1st –15th of any month will be required to pay the full month’s tuition at the start. Those enrolling after the 15th of the month will be required to pay one-half month’s tuition at the start.
3. A 5% discount is given to those who pay the full year’s tuition on or before May 1st.
4. A $25.00 late fee will be added to any account which is not paid in full by the 10th of each month, whether you receive a statement or not.
5. A $25.00 charge will be added to any account for each check returned by the bank for any reason. Repayment of the returned check(s) must be made by cash, cashier’s check or money order.

PLEASE NOTE: Any account which becomes 30 days delinquent will result in the withdrawal of the student(s) until the account is brought current. Any inquiries regarding your account should be directed to the Business Office at 688-0521 ext. 106,107,108.

WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL

If it becomes necessary to withdraw a student from Bradshaw Christian School, a two week written notice is required. Release from contract requires board approval. A $150.00 fee will be imposed for release from Elementary / Middle / High School contracts. For withdrawal of any student(s) the parent or responsible party of the account must bring the tuition account current.

EXTENDED DAYCARE (K-8th)

BCS offers Extended Daycare for grades K-8th from 6:30-8:30am and 3:00-6:00pm. Any K-8th grade student on campus before 8:00am or after 3:10pm will automatically be signed into Extended Daycare for their safety and protection. Extended Daycare will be billed in nine monthly payments, September – May as follows:

If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be added to the account. Occasional use: $15.00 per child per day. Notification of changes or withdrawal from the Extended Daycare program must be made two weeks in advance. A $10 change of contract fee will be charged per contract change.

EXTENDED DAYCARE/PRESCHOOL LATE FEES

All students picked up after 6:00pm will be assessed a $1.00 per minute late fee.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
Bradshaw Christian School has no existing scholarship program. Tuition discounts are available for early payment of tuition and when multiple children from the same family attend. Individuals or businesses interested in contributing financially to a scholarship fund for BCS families in need should contact the school administration.
