An important part of our ministry
here at Bradshaw Christian
School is based on building a strong partnership between academic excellence
and Christian character. Curriculum choices and teaching methods are directed
toward that end.
Our Curriculum
Because of our desire to bring excellence into the classroom, it is important
that we choose curriculum that is challenging and thorough in scope and sequence.
During the year we hold many meetings in which the teachers discuss the strengths
and concerns they have in the classroom. At the end of each year, the teachers
formally evaluate each curricular area and make recommendations for ways
in which to strengthen instruction. Administration incorporates the teachers'
evaluation, classroom observation, and SAT results to determine what areas
will be changed or strengthened to ensure that BCS is offering quality instruction
each year. It is our goal to use Christian curriculum whenever possible.
