At BCS a typical day in the elementary
classroom presses a student to demonstrate his desire to be excellent
in all that he attempts. Teacher, instructional aids, parent helpers,
and resource teachers are responsible for establishing an environment
that meets the needs of those God has entrusted us to educate. The
cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development of each child
takes a primary role both in and out of the classroom.
As elementary
principal, it is my job to see that we continue to stretch our
time, energy, and resources to maximize our ability to
provide students with a rich and meaningful classroom experience.
Having been involved with BCS since 1994 my teaching and leadership
experience has confirmed my belief that God is richly blessing
this ministry. Administrators, faculty, staff and parents partner
together
on a daily basis to bring life to the elementary program. Students
benefit richly from the efforts of many.
